Peab acquires properties from Vasallen

 

Peab has signed an agreement with Vasallen to acquire a large property portfolio
with properties in Borås, Karlskrona, Södertälje and Visby. Access is made on 1
July 2012.
Total acquisition includes 135,000 sqm floor space with a contracted rent of SEK
50 million, and development rights of approximately 360,000 sqm gross floor
area.
- We look forward to developing these properties. Peab has vast experience in
this form of value-added real estate development. The transaction is fully in
line with our ambition to expand organically and through acquisitions, and to
strengthen our position as the Nordic Community Builder, says Peab's CEO Jan
