S.A.G. Solarstrom AG closes subscription of the 7.5% corporate bond -
around EUR17 million placed
Freiburg, January 25, 2012. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (German security
identification number: 702 100, ISIN: DE0007021008), Freiburg i. Br., today
has decided to close subscription to the 7.5% corporate bond (German
security identification number: A1K0K5, ISIN: DE000A1K0K53) on January 26,
2012.
Of the maximum issuing volume of EUR25 million, a total of EUR16,868,000
has been placed between June 30, 2011 and today. The solid capital backing
through bank financing and the anticipated accrual of funds from the sale
of the 48 MWp project have moved the company to abstain from a further
public offering.
The bond has been listed in the Entry Standard for corporate bonds at the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange and included in trading since June 30, 2011.
The bond is furnished with a fixed interest rate of 7.5% per annum and a
runtime of 6 years, up to July 10, 2017. With the revenue, the Group plans
to accelerate its installation of photovoltaic systems, focusing on Europe,
reduce project financing costs and continue to expand its own power plant
portfolio.
The public offering of partial debentures has been made based on the Base
Prospectus approved by the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin)
on November 19, 2010 as well as Supplements No. 1 and No. 2 to this Base
Prospectus, approved by the BaFin on June 24, 2011 and July 1, 2011
respectively. These documents, together with the changed final conditions
No. 2 of the offer, are available on the company's website
