On March 06, 2012, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft, Bietigheim-Bissingen,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March
05, 2012 and on that day amounted to 0.86% (this corresponds to 149,040
Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of
the WpHG, the Voting Rights are to be attributed completely to the
Landesbank Baden-Württemberg.

At the same time, we were informed according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG in conjunction with Article 24 of the WphG, that the Voting Rights
on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, of the Süd
Beteiligungen GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany via shares have been fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 05, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 0.86% (this corresponds to 149,040 Voting Rights). According to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, the Voting Rights are
to be attributed completely to Süd Beteiligungen GmbH.

Furthermore, we were informed according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG in conjunction with Article 24 of the WphG, that the Voting Rights via
shares on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, of the
Süd-Kapitalbeteiligungs-Gesellschaft mbH, Stuttgart, Germany have been
fallen below 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 05, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 0.86% (this corresponds to 149,040 Voting Rights).
