SRV activates in Estonian real estate and construction market and constructs a new frozen baked goods factory for VAASAN Group’s Estonian subsidiary VAASAN Baltic AS to Saue, 15 kilometres from Tallinn. The factory will produce bake-off products for Scandinavian and Baltic markets.
Construction works starts immediately and the project will be completed in spring 2013. SRV has sold the factory’s plot to VAASAN Baltic AS. Total value of the construction project exceeds EUR 10 million.
This project activates SRV’s business operations in Estonian and Baltic markets. SRV has previously constructed seven projects in the same area, for example a production facility for Paulig Group and office and logistics premises for Mediq.
