DK Company A/S will be deleted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen with effect from 2 April 2012.
DK Company A/S is deleted due to the fact that NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S had decided to meet the application from DK Company A/S to be admitted to trading on First North Premier. NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has also decided to meet the company’s request to be deleted from trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.
Last day of trading the shares in DK Company on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen is 30 March 2012.
First day of trading the shares in DK Company on First North Premier will be 2 April 2012. Please see the exchange notice which has separately been published on First North about admittance to trading on First North.
The Company's shares will remain on the observation list up to and including the last trading day of 30 March 2012.
