Notification according to section 26 para. 1 WpHG 

UBS AG, Zürich, Switzerland, notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1
WpHG of the following:

On 1 June 2012, UBS AG fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights
in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. On that date, UBS AG held 2.76% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 3,811,116 voting rights. Of these voting
rights, a proportion of 0.56% (equals 767,540 voting rights) is attributed
to UBS AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
