MADISON, Wis., June 13, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Business Financial Services, Inc. was recently ranked as the 15th top performing mid-sized public bank in the country. The ranking is based on performance of U.S. depository institutions with assets between $1 and $10 billion as of December 31, 2011 and was featured in the May issue of the ABA Banking Journal. The top 25 performers had an average Return on Average Equity four times higher than that of all mid-size institutions. First Business Financial Services, Inc. was the only bank in Wisconsin, Illinois, or Minnesota to make the list of top performers.

"First Business had an outstanding year, in fact, the single best year in our company's 22 year history," said First Business Financial Services' President & CEO Corey Chambas.
