Notice of change in Aspo holdings pursuant to Chapter 2 Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act

Havsudden Oy Ab has announced that its holdings have exceeded ten per cent (10%) of the share capital and five per cent (5%) of the voting rights in Aspo Plc. The notification contains the following information:

1) Name of the company: Aspo Plc (Business ID 1547798-7)

2) Date of change of ownership: June 27, 2012.

3) Exact share of voting rights and share capital in Aspo Plc:

Today, a total of 1,016,667 shares and 600,000 voting rights have been transferred to Havsudden Oy Ab in share purchases.

Following the transfer Havsudden Oy Ab owns shares in Aspo Plc as follows:
Number of shares: 3,122,941
% of share capital: 10.1%
% of votes: 5.2%

The total registered number of the shares in Aspo Plc is 30,967,450 which entitles to a total of 30,967,450 votes.

The amount of shares now transferred corresponds to 3.3% of the total number of shares in Aspo Plc.

The transfer does not imply any changes in voting rights regarding a total of 416,667 of the abovementioned shares. The voting rights of these shares remain with Gustav Nyberg (0.40%), Veronica Timgren (0.40%) and Paul Nyberg (0.54%).

4) Complete name of the shareholder: Havsudden Oy Ab (Business ID 0973230-4)

5) Further information:

According to the notification the shares have been transferred to Havsudden Oy Ab, the Nyberg family holding company. Havsudden Oy Ab has notified to Aspo that the shares have been transferred as part of an internal arrangement of Nyberg family's Aspo ownership, as an off-exchange deal. Through the holding company, the members of the Nyberg family will continue as committed long-term shareholders in Aspo.
