Securities Trading Act (WpHG), the Management Board of Francotyp-Postalia
Holding AG, Birkenwerder (ISIN DE000FPH9000, ISIN DE000FPH9018) provides
notification of the announcement of the Supervisory Board members Dr. Claus
Gerckens and Mr. Christoph Weise at the Annual General Meeting on 27 June
2012, that they will resign in case of a deselection of Supervisory Board
member and Chairman Professor Michael Hoffmann.
