On July 11, 2012, Maidenhead LLC, New York, U.S.A. has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Augusta Technologie AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the
20% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 09, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 20.53% (this corresponds to 1785482 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 20.41%
of the aforementioned Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1774572 Voting
Rights) are to be attributed to the company  via Cornwall (Luxembourg)
S.à.r.l., Luxembourg and  Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l., Luxembourg,
which are controlled by the company.
