Microsoft Gold Partner to Represent AltiGen in Western U.S. and Latin America

(OTCQX: ATGN) (PINKSHEETS: ATGN), the leading provider of software-based Unified Communications solutions, and ITSLN, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, today announced an agreement to deliver AltiGen's MaxACD Contact Center for Microsoft Lync to customers in the Western U.S. and Latin America. 

ITSLN is a Microsoft Certified Service Provider with Gold certifications in Communications, Messaging, Virtualization, Systems Management, Desktop, Identity and Security and Portals and Collaboration. The company employs more than 108 certified consultants at its offices in Bellevue, Washington, San Jose, California and Mexico City. In October 2011, ITSLN was named "Microsoft Solution Partner of 2011" at the Microsoft Mexico Partner Summit. The company in the US specializes in Microsoft's communications platform, Microsoft Lync, and has selected AltiGen's MaxACD contact center solution to provide added functionality.
