For "E! Fashion Police" promos, Joan Rivers will be sparkling in Lion earrings with diamonds and Zambian emeralds by Farah Khan, an ametrine ring from Somewhere In The Rainbow for the American Gem Trade Association, and two stacked gemstone bracelets by Bellarri. For the "E!
