Rupert Resources Appoints Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Suttie possess more than sixteen years experience in financial services, including over ten years in public accounting, specializing in management advisory, accounting, and financial disclosure. His public company experience includes preparation of financial statements, initial public offerings, business combinations and asset carve-outs, and spin-out transactions. Robert serves as Chief Financial Officer to a number of junior mining companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture exchanges, and currently manages the financial reporting team at Marrelli Support Services Inc.

Jo-Anne Archibald, has over thirty years of corporate secretarial, investor relations and marketing experience and is currently the President of DSA Corporate Services Inc. a leading Canadian provider of corporate secretarial services for reporting issuers.
