Vista Revenues Rise 80%, Construction to Begin on Pilot Project

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Dec 7, 2012) - Vista International Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: VVIT) is pleased to give investors an update on recent events in the company. In the tire division, revenues for the month of November were up approximately 80% from year ago levels to roughly $67,000 as tire derived fuel (TDF) shipments showed continued strength during the beginning of the seasonally slow winter period. The positive November number follows a strong October which saw revenues increase roughly 50% year over year. Looking ahead, December is shaping up well for both TDF production and shipments, and the company has locked in higher prices for its TDF deliveries in 2013.

On the gasification side of the business, the company's northeastern US pilot waste-to-energy project is moving ahead as planned. Bids are currently being received for project related materials and construction will begin in early January, 2013. In addition, the company has received significant interest in its Thermal Gasifier technology from groups interested in bringing the technology to central Europe. To aid in the financing of these projects, the company has enlisted the services of Shoreline Consulting International, Inc. Shoreline will consult and assist the company in developing and implementing appropriate plans and means for presenting the company and its business plans, strategy, and personnel to the European financial community.
