BILLERICA, Mass., Dec. 10, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CSP Inc. (Nasdaq:CSPI), a provider of IT solutions, systems integration services and dense cluster computing systems, today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared an annual dividend of $0.20 per share payable on December 28, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 20, 2012.
