MacAulay-Brown Names Mike Beauchamp Senior Vice President for Corporate Development

DAYTON, Ohio, Dec. 17, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company providing innovative engineering and technical solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, announced today that effective immediately it has named Mike Beauchamp its Senior Vice President for Corporate Development reporting directly to Sid Fuchs, President and CEO of MacB. Beauchamp was formerly the Senior Vice President of MacB's Cyber Systems Group (CSG). CSG was recently folded into MacB's newly created National Security Group (NSG), which is responsible for cultivating relationships with National Intelligence, Homeland Security and Defense Intelligence clients throughout the United States.

In his new position, Beauchamp will work closely with the executive team to shape and ensure the execution of the Company's strategic business objectives. He will oversee key corporate initiatives, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), strategic planning and investment management. In addition, he will be responsible for performing analysis on emerging market trends, business expansion opportunities, competitive threats and internal business performance.
