(OTCBB:DRHC) (OTCQB:DRHC) (or "DRHC"), also known as Dethrone Beverage, announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to enter into a three (3) year Exclusive Endorsement Agreement with Pablo Sandoval of the San Francisco Giants, Matt Moulson of the New York Islanders, Kevin Shattenkirk of the St. Louis Blues and Mike Goldberg, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) play-by-play commentator.

Dethrone will have the right to use their names, photographs, pictures, appearances, likenesses, signatures, reputations, quotations, other endorsements, personal or professional backgrounds and experiences, as well as video recordings of their appearances and audio recordings of their voices, to promote DRHC's sports nutrition beverage as well as their enhanced water beverage which will be marketed under the Dethrone Royalty Inc. brand as Dethrone Beverage. DRHC expect to have the individual contracts concluded with each of the above in the very near future.
