Sale of M/S Isabella
Viking Line Abp reached yesterday an agreement with Hansalink Limited, a subsidiary of Tallink Grupp, regarding a sale of M/S Isabella. The transaction and the delivery of the vessel are scheduled to be completed during April 2013.
The sale of M/S Isabella is a planned part of the financing of Viking Line’s new cruise vessel M/S Viking Grace. The total sales price will be approximately 30 million euros and results in a capital gain of about 23 million euros.
