No. 17 2013 Exercise of options in Solar A/S


Under Section 28a of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Solar is required to report any trading in Solar A/S shares and related securities of supervisory or executive board members, Solar Management Team members and related parties.

In 2009, the Supervisory Board granted share options to executive management employees, and 8,717 share options from the 2009 granting remain outstanding. The exercise period for these was previously prolonged, allowing for exercise within the first 10 banking days following the date of publication of the company’s quarterly report Q1 2013.

At the date of grant in 2009, the exercise price was fixed at DKK 148.53. Settlement price in 2013 is determined at DKK 281.88.

Solar announces the transactions below under ID code DK0010274844 Solar B based on the reports the persons in question have submitted to Solar. All transactions relate to the exercise of share options (cash settlement).
