Two classes will be available to Silver&Fit members at participating Silver&Fit fitness facilities: WATERinMOTION and WATERinMOTION Platinum.
- WATERinMOTION provides a low-impact aqua exercise workout for participants of all fitness levels. It addresses aqua-specific exercise choreographed to an upbeat, intergenerational music selection that suits a wide range of participants.
- WATERinMOTION Platinum is a shallow-water, low-impact aqua exercise workout for active older adults. It provides safe, effective and fun classes that include easy-to-learn choreography and scientifically-designed programming and education.
