At the meeting, shareholders will be asked to elect two Directors, each for a three year term, and to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 19, 2013 are entitled to receive notice of, attend and vote at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
