Knowlden joins Complete from Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, Inc. where he served as vice president of business development and licensing, and corporate counsel. Prior to his more than 13 years of corporate experience with Novartis, and its predecessor Chiron Corp., Knowlden spent seven years in private practice. He was a corporate and securities specialist with Dallas, TX-based law firms Hughes & Luce L.L.P. (now K&L Gates) and Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP.
