Dawn Feniello Joins ERP Actuaries & Consultants as Director of Business Development


NEW YORK, Sept. 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ERP Actuaries & Consultants announced that Dawn Feniello has joined the firm as the Director of Business Development on Long Island. "We have been searching for someone to cover Long Island for quite some time, but we wanted to make sure we found the right person," says Edward Repper, founder of ERP Actuaries & Consultants. "While building Priority Pension Services, Dawn has developed a strong familiarity and presence on Long Island, which is exactly what we have been looking for."

Ms. Feniello's focus is to expand the firm's existing presence on Long Island. Utilizing her diverse retirement plan knowledge, she is responsible for managing and developing new sales channels and for expanding centers of influence within the 401(k) and qualified plan market. "ERP's reputation in the retirement plan community is exceptional," says Ms. Feniello. "I am very excited about my new responsibility of helping ERP expand into more markets, especially on Long Island."

In 2007, Ms. Feniello established Priority Pension Services (PPS), a consulting firm that provided Third Party Administrative (TPA) services for 401(k) and other tax qualified retirement plans. She was responsible for business development and often acted as lead consultant to her clients, specializing in compliance and correction programs and representation for clients under IRS or DOL Audits. Ms. Feniello was previously employed by large consulting firms such as Mutual of America, Deloitte & Touche, Comprehensive Consulting Group and Associated Pension Consultants, through which she provided consulting services for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans.

Founded in 2002, ERP is an actuarial and retirement consulting firm that offers consulting and administrative services. The firm designs and administers retirement plans to help increase retirement and tax savings for businesses and their employees. ERP's services include both defined benefit and defined contribution plans and qualified and non-qualified plans. Managing Partner and ERP founder Edward Repper is an Enrolled Actuary. He has extensive experience in retirement plan design and plan implementation for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Mr. Repper has provided actuarial services and supporting expertise in the negotiations between labor and management, as well as, expert testimony for a number of legal cases and bankruptcy proceedings that have involved pensions and life expectancy. These cases included pension plan asset purchases, divorce proceedings and issues related to restricted lump sum payments. He is a frequent speaker at industry events.
