On October 29, 2013, IP Concept S.A., Luxemburg-Strassen, Luxemburg has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Alphaform AG, Feldkirchen, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 28, 2013 and on that
day amounted to 4.60% (this corresponds to 244389 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.61% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 191843 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Multiadvisor SICAV.
