Creditors of ŽŪB „Agrowill Kairėnai“, ŽŪB „Agrowill Spindulys“ ir ŽŪB „ Agrowill Vėriškės “ is due to receive 15 percent of their creditor‘s amount (in total EUR 0,42 million) this week.
The next upcoming payments will be carried as follows:
- creditors of ŽŪB „Agrowill Skėmiai“ will receive 15 percent of their creditor‘s amount (in total EUR 0,175 million) not later than 29th December, 2013;
- creditors of AB „Agrowill Group““ will receive 15 percent of their creditor‘s amount (in total EUR 0,52 million) not later than 7th April, 2014;
Other Group‘s subsidiaries will pay 15 percent to the creditors till 1st December, 2014.
Agrowill Group, AB informs that payments to the creditors of Agrowill Group, AB and its subsidiary companies will be carried out as it is foreseen in the restructuring plans of each company. On the third year, i.e. 2013 -2014, it will be paid 15 percent of total amount, and on the last year of restructuring process it will be paid the remainder - 85 percent of creditors claims.
