The formal distribution and development partnership announcement is set for the annual Consumer Electronics Show taking place from January 7th through the 10th in Las Vegas.

The company also plans to highlight the first "ready for production" sock prototype at ISPO 2014, the leading international sports business trade show taking place in Munich, Germany at the end of January with availability and deliveries to consumers planned for April 2014.
