Hoist Finance to List Bond on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and Publishes Prospectus

As disclosed in a press release on December 10, 2013, Hoist Kredit AB (publ)
(“Hoist Finance” or the “Company”) has completed a three-year senior unsecured
bond issue of SEK 750 million. The interest rate is set at STIBOR 3M + 375 basis
points p.a. with quarterly interest payments.

Hoist Finance has, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond,
applied for listing of the bond on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and prepared a
prospectus. The prospectus has been approved by the Swedish Financial
Supervisory Authority and the bond is expected to be listed on NASDAQ OMX
Stockholm on January 17, 2014. The prospectus is available on Hoist Finance’s
