On 20.01.2014, the sole shareholder of OÜ Vettel (a company belonging to the same group of companies with AS Premia Foods) Saaremere Kala AS resolved to elect Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen as an additional member of the Supervisory Board of OÜ Vettel. The authorities of Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen as the member of the Supervisory Board of OÜ Vettel began as from the adoption of the relevant resolution and in accordance with the Articles of Association will remain valid for the period of 5 years.
In addition to Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen, Indrek Kasela, Erik Haavamäe and Katre Kõvask act as the members of Supervisory Board of OÜ Vettel.
Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen is also a member of the governing bodies of Saaremere Kala AS, Heimona Kala OY and Överumans Fisk AB, all being the subsidiaries of AS Premia Foods.
The purpose of electing an additional member to the Supervisory Board of OÜ Vettel was to raise the efficiency of the work of the Supervisory Board.
