Terra Tech Places New 5-Acre Hydroponic Cultivation Facility Into Operation and Announces Open house.

Edible Garden now producing their line of sustainable, locally grown produce in their new 5-acre hydroponic greenhouse.


Belvidere, Jan. 27, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Terra Tech Corp  (TRTC) an urban agricultural company, is pleased to announce they have seeded approximately half an acre of plants in their new 5-acre cultivation facility in Belvidere, New Jersey. 

"We are excited about finally having the space we need to expand throughout the Northeast market," says Derek Peterson, CEO Terra Tech Corp. "We have worked aggressively to get this project operational and will continue to light up the facility a section at a time throughout the year as we bring in the demand."

The company has seeded their full line of Edible Garden products in the facility and plans to activate twenty five percent of the greenhouse per quarter throughout 2014.  In addition the company will be hosting an open house and ribbon cutting, to be held at their Belvidere Farm in New Jersey on Wednesday, April 16th, between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM.  Shareholders will have an opportunity to tour the facility, familiarize themselves with the Edible Garden brand, view the new 5-acre facility, and meet key executives, including CEO, Derek Peterson, and COO, Ken Vande Vrede.
