Correction of our publication pursuant to the section 26 para. 1 WpHG
dated April 4, 2008
On February 3rd, 2014 FMR LLC, Boston, USA has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on ISRA
VISION AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
voting rights on April 2, 2008 and now amount to 3.06% (this corresponds to
132,850 voting rights).
Thereof are 3.06% (this corresponds to 132,850 voting rights) to be
attributed pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG to FMR LLC.
Voting rights were attributed to FMR LLC from Fidelity Investment Canada
ULC, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in ISRA
VISION AG
Thereof are 3.06% (this corresponds to 132,850 voting rights) to be
attributed pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent.
2 of the WpHG to FMR LLC. Voting rights were attributed to FMR LLC from
Fidelity Investment Canada ULC, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of
the voting rights in ISRA VISION AG
