(Nasdaq:FPRX) announced today the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase an additional 450,000 shares of common stock. The option was granted in connection with the Company's previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock. With the full exercise of the underwriters' option, the total number of shares sold in the offering was 3,450,000 shares, resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of $43,125,000, before underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated expenses.
