VELDHOVEN, the Netherlands, 12 February 2014 - ASML Holding NV (ASML) will file its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2013 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and will file its Statutory Annual Report 2013 with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
