Exel Composites’ Annual Report, Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Statement for 2013 published
Exel Composites Plc’s Annual Report, Financial Statements and a separate Corporate Governance Statement for 2013 have been published in Finnish and English. They are attached in pdf-format to this release and are available on the Company’s website at www.exelcomposites.com.
The Annual Report consists of two separate publications, the annual review and the financial statements for the accounting period 1 January to 31 December 2013. The Financial Statements for 2013 include the consolidated financial statements, the financial statements of the parent company, the review by the Board of Directors and the auditor’s report.
The Corporate Governance Statement for 2013 has been prepared in compliance with the Securities Markets Act and the Finnish Corporate Governance Code. The statement is published separately from the Board of Directors’ report.
