On 12 March 2014, dr. Vygintas Bubnys, deputy chairman of the Management Board and executive vice - president
of AB DNB Bankas, company code 112029270, VAT payer code LT120292716, registered office at J. Basanavičiaus St. 26, Vilnius, the data is collected and stored at the Register of Legal Entities, (hereinafter the „Bank“), notified the Bank‘s Management Board he will not resume his contract after the expiry of his third four year term in office.V. Bubnys made the decision, effective from 21 March 2014, due to personal reasons.
Until the new head of the Bank’s corporate banking division is appointed, the chairman of the Management
Board and the president of AB DNB Bankas’ Bjornar Lund will be in charge of the corporate banking business
line.
