As part of Bang & Olufsen a/s' strategic work, the company is considering various possibilities for strengthening the company's capital base for the purpose of accelerating growth through:
- Increasing the investment in distribution and marketing
- Maintaining a high R&D level to continue the strengthening of the product portfolio
- Other initiatives, e.g. third-party distribution for B&O PLAY
