Agrokultura’s annual report for 2013 is available for download from the
Company's website www.agrokultura.com.
The auditor recommends to the annual meeting of shareholders that the members of
the Board of Directors and the Managing Director be discharged from liability
for the financial year 2013.

The annual report for 2013 is available for download from the Company's website
www.agrokultura.com. The annual report will be available at the Company’s office
on Artillerigatan 6 in Stockholm, Sweden, and will be sent to shareholders who
so request and provide their e-mail address or postal address. It will also be
available at the Annual General Meeting on 15 May.
