On 28 May 2014, AB “Invalda privatus kapitalas” and AB “Invalda LT“ completed AB “Vilniaus baldai” shares sale purchase transaction after which AB “Invalda privatus kapitalas” acquired ownership right to 45,40 percent of AB “Vilniaus baldai” shares and votes (together with shares already owned – 86 percent of shares and votes).
