Notification according to section 26 para. 1 WpHG 

UBS AG, Zürich, Switzerland, notified us on 13 June 2015 pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

1) On 6 June 2014, UBS AG exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights
in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. On that date, UBS AG held 3.56% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,923,275 voting rights.
Of these voting rights, a proportion of 0.35% (equals 478,335 voting
rights) is attributed to UBS AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
1 WpHG.

2) On 9 June 2014, UBS AG fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d.
Saale, Germany. On that date, UBS AG held 2.53% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 3,490,612 voting rights.
Of these voting rights, a proportion of 0.34% (equals 465,918 voting
rights) is attributed to UBS AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
1 WpHG.
