Company Announcement to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority No. 13-2014, 19 June 2014
The European Court of Justice has today ruled that the liability obligation imposed on FLS Plast A/S in March 2012 is upheld at EUR 14.45m (see Company Announcement No. 13-2012, 6 March 2012).
The liability obligation covers the same amount as the one imposed on FLSmidth & Co. A/S on 30 April 2014 (see Company Announcement No. 08-2014). As the amount has already been paid by FLSmidth & Co. A/S, FLSmidth hereby considers the case closed.
The Group's guidance for 2014 will not be affected by the penalty.
