"Chris is an industry veteran, with more than twenty-two years of combined transportation and energy services related experience," said Gary Enzor, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.  "His industry experience coupled with a dedicated safety focus and operational expertise uniquely qualify him for this role."

"I am extremely pleased to join the QCER team at this exciting time in the Company's evolution," said Chris Broussard.  "As North America continues to develop the unconventional oil and gas market, I anticipate solid growth prospects for QCER. I look forward to building upon the success QCER has achieved and am committed to seeking out new opportunities for growth and profitability."

Chris will be assuming this critical role from Joe Troy, who, in addition to his normal responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer of Quality, has served since January 2014 as the Interim President of QCER.
