Delticom concludes integration of Tirendo - Repositioning of Tirendo
management
Hanover/Berlin, July 21, 2014 - Delticom AG (WKN 514680, ISIN DE0005146807,
ticker symbol DEX), Europe's leading online tyre dealer, has concluded the
integration of Tirendo Holding GmbH after ten months. Over the past months,
synergy effects have been recognized and leveraged along the value chain,
and processes have been optimized with a view to future growth. Delticom
intends to continue to promote the independence of the Tirendo brand on the
market, and to also establish the location in Berlin as think tank and
technology center.
Tirendo managing directors Markus Bihler, Erik Heinelt and Felix Vögtle
will address new challenges and will leave the company as of December 31,
2014. With immediate effect, Delticom Management Board member Mr. Sascha
Jürgensen and Delticom management member Mr. Andreas Faulstich will succeed
them in the management of Tirendo.
