According to Ms. Snow, "Foundation Source clients are actively engaged in their philanthropic work and want to maximize the social impact of their grantmaking and make strategic use of their available resources. To help them turn their visions into reality, donors seek the counsel of our Philanthropic Directors. With over 20 years spent working in the nonprofit sector, Elizabeth has had a wealth of experience with philanthropic entities of every size and configuration, from working with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to assisting individual donors in her role on the JP Morgan Private Bank Philanthropic Services Team."

Before she established her own firm, Ms. Wong was a senior program officer at the Gates Foundation, managing a $90 million portfolio of Special Initiative and Family Interest grants.
