SAN FRANCISCO, July 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Private Market LLC, a new capital market for leading private companies, announced today the launch of ExactEquity™, an integrated stock plan administration and capitalization table tracking solution for private company clients that was acquired from Pretty Simple Solutions LLC ("TruEquity"), a provider of equity management services to early growth and pre-IPO companies. The solution has been renamed ExactEquity and will complement services currently offered by NASDAQ Private Market.

ExactEquity offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) equity management technology as well as consulting and administration services for private companies who prefer to outsource their plan administration. These solutions are complementary to the NASDAQ Private Market capital marketplace, which enables qualifying companies to efficiently raise capital, provide secondary liquidity, and control secondary transactions on its multi-broker dealer platform.
