While it generally is not our practice to comment on pending legal matters or attorney advertising, we believe this lawsuit is meritless. We have engaged counsel and will vigorously defend ourselves, including, but not limited to, filing a motion to dismiss.  We do not expect this matter to have any impact at all on our business and operations, and we will continue to provide the services and quality products that our clients have come to expect from NetSol.
