RAISIO'S FINANCIAL INFORMATION IN 2015

Raisio plc will publish its Financial Statements for 2014 on Thursday 12 February 2015.

Financial Statements and Report of the Board of Directors for 2014 will be published during the week starting on 2 March 2015. The Annual Report 2014 will be published online during the week starting on 9 March 2015 at Group website www.raisio.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 26 March 2015.

In 2015 the company will publish three Interim Reports as follows:

Interim Report for January-March on Thursday 7 May 2015,
Interim Report for January-June on Tuesday 11 August 2015,
Interim Report for January-September on Thursday 5 November 2015.
