According to the lawsuit, Lannett misstated and/or failed to disclose in its public filings that: (a) the Company was improperly fixing and controlling prices of digoxin in violation of Connecticut antitrust laws; (b) the Company was improperly allocating and dividing digoxin customers with competitors; and (c) as a result of these practices the Company has become under scrutiny by regulators. The lawsuit claims that when this adverse information entered the market the price of Lannett securities dropped, damaging investors.
