Paul Mueller Company Welcomes Curtis Dinan to the Board of Directors


SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Aug. 29, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Paul Mueller Company (OTC:MUEL) is pleased to announce that Mr. Curtis Dinan has been appointed to its Board of Directors. His appointment, effective August 28, 2014, is to a new seat with an initial term expiring in 2015.

Mr. Dinan is currently the senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer for ONE Gas (NYSE:OGS) in Tulsa, OK. Prior to the separation of ONE Gas from ONEOK, Inc., he served as senior vice president, natural gas, of ONEOK Partners from 2011-2014, responsible for its natural gas gathering and processing and natural gas pipelines segments. Before that, Dinan was senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of ONEOK and ONEOK Partners and served on the ONEOK Partners Board of Directors from 2007-2011. He joined ONEOK in 2004 as vice president and chief accounting officer, after being an audit partner with both Arthur Andersen LLP and Grant Thornton LLP. He received Bachelor of Arts degrees in accounting and business administration from Drury University and is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
