Immediately after the release of the results, the reports will be available on Danske Bank’s
website, www.danskebank.com.
Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the annual general meeting on
18 March 2015 must submit the proposal(s) in time for it/them to be received by the Chairman and/or the Board of Directors Secretariat no later than Tuesday, 10 February 2015, at 16.00.
