Kforce Announces Increase to Board Share Buyback Authorization by $70 Million


TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kforce Inc. (Nasdaq:KFRC), a provider of professional staffing services and solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase to the outstanding stock repurchase authorization by $70 million. In the third quarter of 2014 Kforce has, to date, purchased approximately 1.35 million shares of Kforce stock in the open market. With the additional $70 million authorization, the total current authorization is now approximately $83 million.
