NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the warrant of Glori Energy Inc. Glori Energy Inc's warrant was suspended on September 04, 2014 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ also announced today that it will delist the common stock of NewLead Holdings Ltd. NewLead Holdings Ltd.'s stock was suspended on July 22, 2014 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ also announced today that it will delist the common stock of UniTek Global Services, Inc. UniTek Global Services, Inc.'s stock was suspended on August 21, 2014 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ also announced today that it will delist the common stock of Ambient Corporation. Ambient Corporation's stock was suspended on July 21, 2014 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the ordinary shares of Alvarion Ltd. Alvarion Ltd.'s stock was suspended on January 16, 2014 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
